Supporting our communities is a vital part of being a team member at BOE. We reach out to organizations, businesses, and community groups to help build relationships and help the people in our cities. We have worked with schools, hospitals, and children’s organizations to give back for all of the amazing work they do in our communities. Our teams aren’t just loan officers and managers, they are teams of people who work together inside and outside of work whether it’s helping someone close on a mortgage or playing in a dodgeball tournament to help their local schools.
